SHIPPING 

We ship to the US, Canada, NZ, Australia, UK and Europe. For other countries please contact us.  

Delivery times are calculated from the time payment is received and your order has been completed in our workshop: 

In Stock items will be ready to dispatch in 1 - 3 working days. 

Custom made pieces will take approximately 3 - 6 weeks to craft we provide you with a quote we will also confirm when your piece will be completed.

We offer free shipping on all orders over USD $1,000. All items over USD $1,000.00 will be sent via courier and are fully insured until they arrive at your door, at which time a signature will be required to complete delivery.

OUR RETURN PROCESS - to be read in conjunction with our Warranty Guidelines 

Items bought Instore- We offer a Store Credit for items bought instore, returned with in 30 days and have not been worn. 

Returns will be accepted at the discretion of VG Jewelers (The Village Goldsmith) and are subject to a quality assurance check. When we receive the item our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Any items that show signs of wear or that have been damaged and/or resized and/or altered by a third party will not be accepted for return and invalidate our return policy. Please note any returns accepted will be eligible for an exchange or store credit, we do not issue refunds. 

Ready to Ship Items- we offer a Return policy within 30 days of sale for a Refund 
 

Bespoke and Custom Items- We are unable to offer a Return, Exchange or Refund for goods that are customised, this includes engraved and custom made items.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 

Return Code: Contact us and we will give you a return code. 
Arranging Return: We will assist you in arranging an insured shipping method. 
Packaging your return: Include all original packaging material and contents. If applicable ensure that you include your diamond certificate.

REFUND POLICY- to be read in conjunction with Warranty Guidelines 

Manufacturing Defect- For all items purchased Instore or Online that have a manufacturing defect we will offer a refund or exchange. The item must be returned to VG Jewelers to assess any defect before the refund or exchange is offered. The jewelery must not have been altered by another jeweler. 

Jewelry Purchased Instore- We offer a store credit if a customer wishes to return an item within 30 days of purchase and the jewelry has not been worn. We are unable to offer a refund if a customer wishes to return purchased jewelry 

Jewelry Purchased Online- We offer a 30 day right of return and full refund to customers for Ready To Ship jewelry bought online. The jewelry must not be worn or altered by another jeweler to be eligible for this refund. 

Custom Bespoke Jewelry- A Refund is offered if there is a manufacturing defect only. For all other Custom Bespoke and Commissioned jewelry a refund or exchange is not available. Engraving of jewelry is defined as being customised and engraved jewellery is not eligible for a refund.
